We reserve the right

NO PET POLICY: All pets are not allowed. 3,000 THB fine/pet will be enforced.
Not to allow any type of cooking or food preparation in the home. Only BBQ is allowed in the BBQ zone.
Not to allow loud music or any loud activities that may be a nuisance to other guests especially after 11PM.

The remaining balance to be paid on the check-in date.
Cancellation Policy: The deposit is non-refundable. One time change or postpone is allowed as long as the notification is given 15 days prior to the check-in date. Rebooking must be done within 6 months.
The reservation is completed only after you’ve received the confirmation from us either through SMS, E-mail or Fax.
When the transfer is made, please notify us immediately and provide us with your name, contact info, date of reservation and type of Home. If no notification received, we will treat that transfer as “open” booking from an “unknown” guest.

Policy

Check-in time: Between 14.00-20.00
Check-out time: Before Noon.
Extra bed is 750 Baht/person/night including breakfast. (For any adult or children over 8 years old)
Extra person charge (if no extra bed requested) 600 Baht for adult and a child 8 years or above, breakfast included.
A child 5-8 years old (2 children/room maximum) sharing existing bed with parents will have a breakfast charge of 150 Baht/person.
Equipment rental fees

Guests can bring their own fresh foods. We have 3 types of

equipment for rent.

1. BBQ charcoal grill with charcoal
2. Thai BBQ grill (Moo Gata) with charcoal
3. Hot pot (Shabu/Suki) with an electric stove

Equipment rental fee for 1 type, 600 THB/night
2 types of equipments + add 300 THB ( Total 900 THB/night )
All 3 types of equipments + add 600 baht ( Total 1,200 THB/night )

Equipment rental fees include cleaning charge and charcoal, knives, chopping board, tweezers, plates, bowls, cutleries, and cups (For maximum 15 people)

Customers aren't allow to bring stoves or all kinds of equipment to cook. And boiling, frying and stir-frying are prohibited

**Staff will clean the equipment and food daily to prevent insects in the accommodation area and food contamination. Leftover foods can be kept in the fridge and can bring to our kitchen to heat up. But if left outside the staff will take everything to clean daily. It will not be served again in the morning.
