     Khao Yai is the first national park in Thailand. Its lush evergreen forest is the home of 70 species of mammal, 350 species of bird. Khao Yai was recognized for its importance as a Word Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2005 and it is also a sanctuary for important wildlife of Thailand such as elephant, tiger, gibbons, hornbills, etc.

First Day : The program starts by jungle trekking for 2-3 hours, learning about trees, plants and wildlife from your trekking guide. After trekking, we have lunch at a local restaurant and straight to Lam Ta Khong Camping Ground to build up the tents. After that we go to the waterfall by car (waterfall in the film “ The Beach”) After we visiting waterfall, we drive to the south of the park and try to observe the elephants, depends on your luck. Back to a local restaurant to have a dinner. At 08.00 p.m. the Night Safari starts by car in The National Park with a spotlight searching for natural night wildlife, depends on your luck. Back to the camp site around 08.50 p.m. for your relaxing and sleeping.

Day Two : After breakfast, try to watch the animals by car on the road to the hiking point, start the jungle trekking for about 2-3 hours (different trail). After trekking, we have lunch at a local restaurant. Then drive to the south of the park visit the second waterfall (The biggest waterfall in the park) and then The Lonely Cliff, a viewpoint that you can admire the view of the highest mountain in the park. After visit the cliff, we straight to and wait for a million of “Wrinkle Lipped Bats” flying out from the bat cave for hunting the insects during the dusk.
